SHIPPING POLICY

 Shipping -Hair will be shipped out immediately after processing . processing can be 5-10 business days . PLEASE NOTE - business days areMonday - Friday, that does not include major holidays and events that may affect shipping time . If you have an appointment with Milly ,   you will have the option to have package picked up locally or kept and made readily available at time of hair appointment. You must let Milly know during your ordering process or order will be shipped to address listed when placing the order.

If you are Local and do not have an appointment with Milly you are able to pick up the hair on Tuesdays / Wednesdays , ALL  other days will be by request only.


Tracking number will be sent to the email provided when placing order.

 

If your package is stolen or lost once shipped , Millyrai Hair  is not responsible for your order , please reach out to your carrier to file a compaint /claim.

CORRECT DEMOGRAPHICS - It is your responsilbility to review your address prior to placing an order. Please review and confirm the address  on file is correct. Millrai is not responsible for order once it is shipped and a refund or exchange will not be possible .
